During the day if you decide to stay ‘at home’ we have a small menu-card, with dishes like: turkish pasta(Macarna), soups, omelets, home made french fries, salads, mezes, fresh yogurt with fresh fruit etc.

The dinners we offer our guests are mainly turkish cuisine.
The turkish cuisine is more wide ranging than most. We like to offer our guests the opportunity to taste our local turkish dishes, not easy to find in other restaurants. Besides ,the grapes of Bakkhos’ vineyard are given to a wineary, therefor , we have the pleasure that you can taste our home-wine from our own grapes too!

Our daily set menu consists always a fresh home-made soup, a large number of ‘mezes’, meaning all kind of side-dishes famous for the turkish kitchen, which are a meal themselves, followed up by a main-course and dessert or fresh fruit to finish. A few times a week we also fire up the barbecue with meat or fish.

We have a set time for our evening-dinner and all our guests who want to join us, do so around a large set table, where we can assure you a good time is had by all.
This way our guests get to know eachother in a relaxing informal way.

Depending the season or weather, we can have dinner in our white decorated restaurant Aeolis, with a huge table and comfortable chairs and open fire place to create a warm atmosphere. In the evening from the large window of the restaurant, you have a marvellous view at the nice illuminated garden.
After dinner you can drop down to our cozy lobby, or outside our turkish corner with lots of cushions and pillows to lounge in the twilight of gas-lamps and candles.
